BEFORE DISPATCH: If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to the product(s) having been dispatched you can send us an email (support@vspparis.com) or leave a message from the “Contact Us” section. In the event that your order has already been dispatched, please return your order once received in accordance with “Our Returns Policy” below.

AFTER DISPATCH: We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the product(s), you have the right to return your order for a full refund within 14 working days without giving any reason. This right is subject to certain conditions as set out below:

  • Your cancellation period will expire 14 working days after the day on which you take delivery of the products.
  • An item can only be refunded if it has never been worn and all original tags are still in place.
  • Vespucci reserves the right to refuse a refund in the event of a product received is not conform to its original condition, is worn or deteriorated.
  • You return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. In order to ensure the product reaches us in good condition in accordance with these terms we recommend you use the original packaging you received the product in to return it to us. All refunds will be made to the original payment method used in maximum 10 days.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY PRODUCTS: Any product we send should meet its description on the site and be fit for purpose. If however a product is faulty or does not meet the description given on the site at the time you placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vspparis.com.

RETURNING THE PRODUCTS

Free return for Premium Delivery Styles only & for the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherland, Luxembourg

You will receive return label with your order.

For other countries, Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We ship our orders with UPS/DHL , thus if for any reason, you want to return your order, we highly recommend you to choose UPS/DHL  as well. It will quicken the process of the return and it allow us to refund your money faster. However, you can send the return with a carrier of your choice.. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse and keep the receipt as proof of delivery and inform our support team by sending an email to support@vspparis.com

REFUND PAYMENT: If you are not satisfied with your product, simply send it back within 14 working days and we will refund the full cost of the item, except the original shipping costs.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION: If you cancel your order in accordance with the conditions mentioned above, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, except the costs of delivery.
